Journey-ing

Few of us write great novels; all of us live them.
~Mignon McLaughlin, 1960

I have been waxing philosophic this morning,
thinking about my journey,
your journey,
how diverse/unique they all are,
how we try to understand each other yet
how impossible it is
as we have no idea
what other people are going through
no matter how hard we try!
(Whew!  Extreme run on sentence...)
Yet, I/we always try.

How each of our lives are like sacred books
with different plots and outcomes,
yet so very important
and extremely
sacred.
I love these thoughts.
The eternal worth of our journeys.
The eternal worth of our souls.
To us.
To others.
To God.

You can hope for a miracle in your life, or you can realize that your life is the miracle.
~Robert Brault

I think I have mentioned this before,
but I read a book once where a man went to the afterlife
and when he hugged people he could feel everything they
experienced in their lives.
I hope that is true.
I will pretend it is true.
; )
I can hardly wait to
truly know what we all have been through.
I think we will all be surprised
and amazed
at each other's
incredible
lives
and
journeys.

I think miracles exist in part as gifts and in part as clues that there is something beyond the flat world we see.
~Peggy Noonan

And so today,
I hope you
feel how wonderful you are,
how loved you are,
how important you are,
how sacred you are,
and
how you are of great worth
on this planet earth.
And,
of course
your great worth in
my heart.

Sending love to you all,
you little novelists!!!
xoxo
