So I joined this gym last summer,

and I am now a member of the

"Silver Sneakers".

The people in that picture are not Silver Sneakers...

they are too young.

This is an SS.

This is how we are suppose to look

when we are working out...

This is what we really look like....

It's fun.

And, we don't have to wear silver sneakers,

but I thought I might invest in some

anyway.

Maybe.

Here is a pep song I am going to memorize.

(prepare yourself for cheezee song)

I will memorize every single word.

And then I will 

don

 my silver sneakers

and

dance a little river dance.

Yes, that is me...doing a river dance.
